Song Of The Week: Blink182 - I Won't Be Home For Christmas

"I Won't Be Home for Christmas" is a holiday-themed song released by the pop-punk band Blink-182. The song was  originally on a one track radio promo in 1997. It was recorded with original drummer Scott Raynor. It was then released officially on the single for "Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine)". It was also release in 2000 on a promo CD to record company executives in  Europe.

The single charted at number one in Canada but it did not chart anywhere else. It is the only Blink-182 single to ever be number one in Canada. "I Won't Be Home for Christmas" was also the longest running number one single in Canada for 2001. It was number one for five weeks in 2001 and for one week in 2002.
